To place your order, follow these steps :

● Browse through our range of products until you find something you like. After you’ve decided what you`d like to purchase, select the relevant size and colour. You can check out our size chart for reference.

● Once you`re done, click the `Add To Cart` button

● After you have added all the products, click on the cart icon on the top right. You can either choose to continue shopping or confirm the order and click `Checkout`.

● Once you`re done, proceed to checkout, confirm your shipping address, and enter payment details to confirm your order by clicking `Place Order`.

● Once shipped, orders within Australia are typically delivered in 1-3 business days for express shipping and 3-8 business days for standard shipping. Please note, if you live in the Northern Territory timeframes are generally longer. Unfortunately we do not ship internationally at this time.

● The above timeframes are indicative and delivery time may vary depending upon the shipping address and other factors (public holidays, extreme weather conditions, etc.).

● We endeavour to ship your order up to 2 business days after the date of purchase

● Please Note: Due to the ongoing pandemic, our courier partners may experience some delays and deliveries can take a little longer than usual.

At Pega Sports, we pride ourselves on quality and customer satisfaction. If you are unhappy with your purchase, we are happy to assist in an exchange or refund.

All returns must be returned within 14 days of receiving the product and be in its original condition meaning: unused, unworn and unwashed with product tags still attached. If for any reason the returned goods do not meet this criteria, the refund will be declined and the item(s) returned to the purchaser.

To submit a request to refund or exchange please email info@pegasports.com.au with your proof of purchase and details for your refund/exchange.

● Refunds will be provided back into the same payment type used at the time of purchase.

● Proof of purchase is a requirement with all returns.

● Discounted items are final and cannot be returned or exchanged.

● Pega Sports will not refund the postage amount that was paid by the purchaser.

● Return postage must be paid by the purchaser unless there is a problem with the item provided e.g. the item is damaged or faulty.

● Exchanges are permitted if the item being exchanged is of the same value or the same item and the item is in stock e.g. exchanging for a bigger or smaller size of an item.
